Union Budget 2012: A Failure

Does this year's union budget seems to give benefits to middle class man in the country?? I can dare to say no.!! May be you do not agree with me but the facts and provision says that it will not benefit the middle class man too much. The increase in taxable limit from Rs. 180000 to Rs. 200000 does not seems to be logical at all. The people all over country were expecting it to be at Rs. 250000. Further, deduction in section 80 c is kept as it was earlier which is not logical too.
